Your data is always yours. If you choose to discontinue the SaaS plan, we give you a full data export in Excel/CSV format before your account closes — no questions asked. For Legend license holders, your data stays on your own server forever regardless.

Can I import my existing student data from Excel? +

Yes. EduTrack has a built-in bulk student import tool that accepts Excel/CSV files. For Legend license schools, we also include a free data migration — we handle the entire import process for you during onboarding so you don't have to touch a spreadsheet.

Does EduTrack work without internet? +

For SaaS (cloud) users, a stable internet connection is required. For Legend License holders who self-host on a local server, EduTrack works entirely on your local network without internet. This is one of the biggest advantages of the local self-hosted option — your school can run fully offline.

Is there a setup fee for the SaaS plan? +

No setup fees whatsoever for Basic and Pro plans. You sign up, start your 14-day free trial, and only pay per student per term when you convert. For the Legend License, the one-time fee covers full setup, data migration, and staff training.

What exactly does the Legend License cover? +

The Legend License is a one-time payment for a permanent software license. You get full EduTrack Pro with all features forever. You can self-host on your own server (free running cost) or we deploy it to the cloud (you only pay for cloud server hosting, typically ₦15,000–₦35,000/month). How long does it take to get started? +

For SaaS, you can create your account and start exploring in under 5 minutes. A typical school is fully set up within 20–45 minutes. For Legend License, we schedule a setup session and have you fully live within 24–48 hours of purchase.

Can I manage multiple branches from one account? +

Yes. EduTrack's multi-campus management feature (available on Enterprise and Legend) lets you manage multiple school locations from a single main account. Each campus has its own students, staff, finances, and reports, while you maintain a bird's-eye view from one login.

What payment methods are supported for school fees? +
